Our Event Cancellation Policy

We understand your plans may change. With that in mind, Foto Care has a very simple cancellation policy: regardless of whether you made your reservation online, in-store or via phone, just give us 24 hours notice or noted cancellation period stated on each Eventbrite page and we will give you an applicable refund* or credit to another event.

Refunds normally show up in your account within 1-3 business days. Unfortunately, Foto Care cannot refund payment if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice prior to scheduled event time or in the event of a no-show.

*Eventbrite service fees are nonrefundable
